What is a Butterfly box?  
Small box thoughtfully packed with locally sourced items meant to ​provide comfort during a time of grief. 
A hand delivered, free of cost service to Ottawa and outlying areas.
A small step towards ending the stigma around loss as well as fostering community and awareness.  
A kind gesture from a friend when there is so much uncertainty of how to help them grieve the loss.
